And if such passengers travel,they are treated as ticketless and action will be taken.
Fully WL e ticket passengers are treated as ticketless travellers, if you hold a normal PRS ticket or I ticket, you will NOT be treated as a ticketless traveller but yes, you can fined if you board a reserved compartment.
For W/L tickets of PRS/I-ticket the TTE can impose penalty for found traveling in reservation compartment...Will ask to travel in general bogie else will provide you accommodation if present en-route...
For E-Ticket if ticket remains w/l after you name will be dropped from chart and if found to be traveling with the ticket you be considered ticketless and will be penalized..
