Yes! You are right. Construction of new sheds will take time. To meet current requirements, first some P7s can be allotted to Angul ELS. Later another locations can be finalized either in BBS areas or SBP areas.
Now VSKP locos may be known as SCoR zone locos. So, automatically there will be zonal feelings in future.
No no... They will still provide their service to ECoR as they are doing now
