Will I get full refund(for all the passengers WL+RAC+CNF) if the ticket remains partially wl/rac on cancellation after chart preparation..its a E-ticket..?will I need to file tdr??

If your ticket is Partially WL after charting, you must get a no travel certificate from the TTE for the WL/RAC passengers and file TDR, will get full refund.But not from the CNF passenger
Chances are that all Sleeper will confirm and 3A will move to all RAC or with one cnfm and rest rac. Please take the decision accordingly.
I would advise to hold both the tickets till chart preparation. If 3AC tickets confirms, file online tdr for sleeper classes @ 50%.

Poster cancelled 3A and opted for SL and got only one confirmation and rest in rac.
