I have 3 more questions:
1. How many 3AC berths are there in 2324, New Delhi Howrah express?
2. Isit normal that after almost 2 months, status is almost same?
3. If say Passenger 1 becomes RAC, passenger 2 and 3 are still W/L at the time of departure, can the ticket be cancelled with full refund?
