Bro,I think-Why they given more time between SAT & PCOI bcoz PRAYAGRAJ is a terminating station.So slack is given.PRAYAGRAJ is not terminating,our terminating BSB SO We can give SLACK at BSB & no need at PCOI.

(20903(SF) & 12519(ACEXPRESS) takes only 3.10hr.As our train is DUTONTO is it may go atleast 2.40/45hrs.

But distance from NGP to JBP more than 500km so given TECHNCAL HALT.Even then you want to remove technical halt I will remove.
