12431 TVC - NZM Rajdhani Express hauled by GOC WDM-3A Twins (16803R + 16499) waiting for its departure from Trivandrum Central at early morning 3am; the train is rescheduled and diverted via Panvel - Bhusaval - Itarsi (due to Gujjar Agitation). This is the first time Trivandrum Rajdhani is hauled by ALCo Twins from end to end !
