As state govt. thinks corona boards local trains only between 19:01 & 04:59 Hrs., they ordered to cancel all suburban trains during that time 3rd Jan onwards (though there was no restriction on any other transport) ... after several protests, now EMU trains for passengers are running between 05:00 to 22:00.
There is a 'partial lockdown' going on, where school/colleges/universities are closed, but bars, resturants, malls, etc are open.
