130mps LHB 02724 will overtake 02780 110mps ICF 02780 after this horrendous new TT. Clearly looks like discrimination to me. Both are SF to speed up one train they slowed down the other. Worse strategy.
These idiots should stop dreaming of bullet trains and first LHBfy all trains.
