Not required. For e-ticket it is required while travelling in original of any one person travelling on a tciket
Apart from various available payment options...
.............. it is to be noted that i-tickets are possible in certain selected cities where IRCTC/IR had ticket delivery arrangements.
@ No i-ticket for Tatkal tickets at all. Only e-tickets or counter tickets.
