And if like that also some trains can start from LPI which have PM in SC and it is not a problem as Both are in City only.
It can't as traffic doesn't permit the same. It's not feasible for a train to travel 24 kms for PM n again return back just to start from LPI. People can travel by road for the same as they both r in the same city. Ur idea here is totally illogical.
LPI doesn't PM only SM...Goutami/Cocanada/Narayanadri etc have PM at COA & TPTY respectively.
