This evening, Rangiya Division operated the first freight train with 25 Kv AC traction between Bongaigaon and Rangiya stations.
This marks the introduction of AC traction on the Division

Any update on whether NJP will get an eloco shed?? Saw some construction going on 4months ago at Rangapani side, right near the road flyover before Mahananda bridge
No eloco shed in NJP, it is Electric loco trip shed which is coming up in NJP
