HO is also applied for Tatkal Waiting List, Until it is applied to Office. Many times for me also HO is given from Tatkal Waiting only.
yes yes, in special mention cases HO has been applied to tatkal...eg a tatkal WL passenger can apply for HO berth based on the urgency etc.
