A bridge could be needed but it'll be destroyed, so not possible.
Sea bridge will easily get destroyed by high tides, and India won't invest on under-sea tunnels, so NO
Technically, yes. The necessary surveys and engineering calculations to construct a bridge over the Adam's bridge were already done more than a 100 years ago.
