There is just one Minor difference but its impact is ruthless:
Earlier UP/DN has to face Raj OT which has been removed for UP but restored for DN.

DN one can also be removed. Just run it behind Vikramshila nd give slack b/w DDU & GAYA so 02586 arrives GAYA after 02398 but it's a bit complicated process though as MB has more stops in DDU-GAYA nd 02586 is Non-stop
What happens if it run on ANVT Mau Exp Slot to reach CNB @ 19:15 (instead of 19:25) past Azimabad SF & reach DDU at 01:00 to depart at 01:10 (switch on Deekshabhumi Slot)!! RNC Raj DEP @ 01:22 which along with other Raj will OT it to make it reach at 4:45 at Gaya!! No difference
Yup, Possible! But i don't think any superfast train deserves to get overtaken by premium trains!!
For express, passenger trains, it's fine but not for superfast though..
Mega congestion at DDU creates difficulties for SF trains like - ANVT-SRC, Garba, Parasnath, Pratap, Ananya, etc which are forced to run at DDU- 2:28/2:38 slot!!
