Firstly there is no such proposal of TPTY VSKP, secondly the existing rakes have already been nominated for the above mentioned trains.
You should be clear in expressing your view by writing old ICF rakes. As per the new circular from RB all rakes which have completed 20yrs of service are being taken out of service. So IR wil not introduce new trains with old rakes.
