All trains are subsurvient to political gains. And RNC Rajdhani isn't losing out{atleast not yet}. It's saving time, atleast currently when running on the new route.
bro it was diverted asap even without the completion ARP. Things were not this bad even when HWH Duronto was diverted.

Most Bihar RF logic, Agartala Rajdhani should be diverted via Bhagalpur but Patna Rajdhani cannot be diverted by Varanasi but Sealdah/Bhubaneswar Rajdhani should be diverted via Varanasi.

There was a guy here yesterday hoping for bullet train via Bhagalpur. If he had his way, India's first bullet train would go not to Bombay but to Bhagalpur. Oh, and they had much rather divert HWH Rajdhani via Sahibganj loop just so it sees even more of Bihar.
