I have no problem in that train diversion too.
But that Rajdhani via Samastipur was specially started for that route only.
And Yaa 12423/24 has stoppage at Nna Because of Bhagalpur only and Public From Bhagalpur go there and board the train too.

Don't forget BSP Raj, it goes via R. So exceptions are there..

Chakradharpur is in Jharkhand, but it never fell in the route of any Rajdhani, so because of SBP, JSG and ROU it got this only Raj, might have taken RNC route but since RNC had a dedicated Raj and via CKP distance is same and the tracks are faster, they have chosen. Also I feel PRR stop was required in place of ANR, it is just because of Railway's own requirements. But CKP and PRR areas have good Odiya population.
