Yes. With the exception of Mandarhill - Mandar Vidyapeeth halt, the sectional speed seems to be 60 kmph, now. Between Mandar Hill - Mandar Vidyapeeth Halt, the train never went beyond 30 kmph.
The whole route between Godda and Bhagalpur seems to have low sectional speeds. What is the reason for this?
Same with bgp to dumka.....

The MPS of Godda - Hansdiha is 90 kmph. As this is a new section, sectional MPS was bound to be low. It would take some time to increase the MPS.
