There is no need to file a RTI to know about traction. There are lack of high rise pantograph fitted loco in NWR that's why they are not giving Electric loco to this train. Just a simple logic.
Brc has a lot of wap7....and they have given many of them to NW already. That's not true that rajasthan has eloco shortages.
Ye to waisa hi hai ke HWH ne bhi bohot loco diye hai NFR ko firbhi NFR boht trains ko goods loco deta hai ya Diesel me hi chala raha hai.
But....Ye baat correct hai ki WR k paas shortage nhi hai wap7 k....unhone just abhi NW ko 11 trains ko eloco dene k liye proposal bhi bheja tha. Iska kuch aur hi reason hai.
