In VSKP CDO, exterior maintenance is worst and Interior maintenance is above Average.
Any new rake that comes to this CDO will be in a pathetic condition from outside in just a month time...
Not sure why they are so ignorant..

Just observe CDO markings
You will find out either BBS or Puri it's SOP for ECoR.
Maybe Repainted VSKP CDO markings.

Actually I have travelled in 4-5 Ecor trains all vskp
Bound AP express, Tirumala express,hirakund express,samta express
In all of them Samta being an ICF rake is far better in cleanliness than all these lhb trains

Do they dont have automatic coach washing plant installed there
Bro Present ICF trains of Visakhapatnam are in good condition.
Example:- Vskp - KCG, Swarna, Samata, Gandhidham SF, Bhagat ki Kothi Exp, LTT twins etc.
Because ECoR stopped Swapping them.
Now it's Lhb era....
