But drastic reduction in WL within 26 hrs seems something to be pointed out
But even if SE-1 were there, GNWL reduction (which is high) would take place first, and only after full clearance of GNWL, RLWL would reduce. But here, GNWL is WL 80 (not fully cleared), which is very unlikely that extra coach might have helped RLWL reduce. Only possible thing is bulk RLWL cancellations.
