Official reason by SWR for cancellation of LHB conversion of Goa express.
Looks like the rakes allotted to Goa express will be given to some other train now as no plans to change the rake of Goa express as of now.
As per the reply looks like VSG CDO not capable of PM of LHB stock. Still don't know how they did PM of VSG NZM Clone Humsafar last year.

One RF from VSG tells me that the PM of VSG NZM clone Humsafar used to take place at VSG also there were even extra spare LHB coaches for that train kept at VSG. (His Instagram account even has those pics of clone on VSG pitline, some spare coaches and LHB coach in the coach care centre)
Someone other RF from MAO tells that it was taken to UBL CDO for PM and then brought back to VSG after PM done.
Total confusion here.

On other hand Golgumbaz and Hampi Express to become LHB...

Even if we believe VSG don't have infrastructure to handle LHB then wasn't the time from February til June enough to upgrade VSG CDO ?
SWR clearly never had plans to LHBfy any of the VSG CDO train in the first place.
