No news yet. Chalukya was a nice train point to point but now extended :(
It is highly impossible that passengers between Mumbai and Bengaluru are reduced, both being important cities. Udyan runs packed throughout the year so Chalukya was a good alternative. Don't know, but a duplicate train or maybe a Duronto is surely required.

Yes. But Mumbai has very less connectivity with Southern India. it is really shocking to hear that only 2 trains from SBC. MAS has 3 trains. and CBE has 1 train(which was extended from SBC ofcourse)
