Sir if this is a Tatkal ticket, then it can be expected. We had a W/L of 1,2, and 3 in Tatkal for Dadar-Yeshwantpur express in 3A in 2008, when Tatkal window period was 3 or 5 days(dont remember). It remained at W/L 1,2 and 3 till the end.
