We have Mumbai Ahemdabad introduced just 2 days back 491km with 5.5 running time avg 87-91kmph in which 130kmph is permitted long back. All normal LHB trains are also running at 130kmph in TT from past 2 years. SCR 130kmph is still on paper and not in running TT of trains till date. So expecting 8 15mins for a VB in 2023 is far from reality.

Who said? 130 isn't on papers only selected trains r doing 130. See Bangalore Rajdhani, it's maintaining 110+ average in GTL Wadi Bypass section.
