An ever-growing phenomenon!
Indian Railways registered a 16% increase in revenue from freight loading, with ₹120478 crore from April to December 2022, compared to ₹104040 crore last year for the same period.

Achievement with ceasing some passengers service, inordinately delaying trains (read SECR) thereby creating capacity for freight movement and causing apathy to passengers.
