If first AC Ticket is downgraded to 3AC ( 1AC Coach is not attached at the date of journey) & the passenger has completed his journey. Can he claim the amount equal to difference between both classes fare?

But i remember around an year ago,second ac coach was removed and i had to file tdr stating reason as '' travelled in lower class''.May be rules have changed.

for PRS ticket, TTE will give Certificate for Fare Difference with this Certificate you have to approach Station manager/PRS Supervisor in Destination Station with in two days from the Arrival Date
I have visited my nearest station twice,but they told me about some chart has not arrived.
May be it has not arrived.Just visit after another 5-10days.Surely you get the refund.
