Zone split toh chahiye Jo kuch bhi hai railway woh need k hisab se zones ko milna chahiye zone spilt band Kiya to IR toh 17 baccho mai se ginechune baccho k hi laad ladayega..... And your VB point all rakes are alloted to their zones only .... But sirf dispatch hone k waqt hi khali IR marking rahti hai unpe

Ah.... I see.... got ur point... makes total sense.... so to my understanding sirf dispatch keliye IR, but those VBs belong to that particular IR zones... as in SECR or CR or WR or any zone.... got it....
