I don't know much but there are ports etc for connecting HOG system when this coach comes in front.Maybe this is for that only.
It is more clearly visible in another LDSLR I had seen /blog/post/4422892
I couldn't find any specific reason about the marking of this coach. It can be assumed that as WCR often conducts speed trials, this coach was cleared for any such trial, but I couldn't find any record. Or, simply the 160kmph mark was erroneously stamped during POH .
