Who told you SWR didn't said Ok to the train ? Without saying OK, they gave 3 runs scheudle ? logic ga matladithe it is cancelled due to elections ..kanapadutondi ga reason...they may start it again who knows.. and regarding other zone trains ..the slots are already present and they are again via SCR..so its potentially serving SCR stations .. doesn't matter if its starting in SCR or coming from other locations going via SCR ..

So a passing train will have more seats than a train starting from SCR? So if election is the only reason, then why they have not started the bookings for other two trips and why SCR has to close the bookings of the already booked two trips?
Yes, SCR pushing for special, SWR rejecting. Don't know why SMVB is opened and SWR is feeling they only have congestion
