it would be a sure shot hit. but there will be a separate VB to serve the same purpose. The major idea here is to connect different cities of UP and provide an alternate connectivity to SRE and western UP to Eastern UP without touching Delhi...
They can touch either GZB , MTC, Bulandshehar, Aligarh and CNB or Raebareli-Ljn-BE-MB !

VB on 2nd route will be an overpriced intercity with avg speed in the 50s.
No they are preparing a 8.5 hour TT. Check other news link.. I think RM already has the details... and anticipated TT ...
More Feasible would be if Run through MTC- Khurja- Aligarh- CNB as it is fastest route in comparision of MB- LKO- RBL route
