And yes, one more point for why 12163/4 to full AC : SR n CR doesn't seem to adhere to requirement of a new superfast Premium connect between Mumbai and Chennai.
i think all 4 can be made 22 Coacher by adding 1 SL/1 3A in all 4. for 22179 LTT MAS Weekly i suggest this
1 1A, 2 2A, 5 3A, 1 PC, 8 SL, 3 GS, 1 SLR, 1 EOG = 22 Coaches

12163 IMO should really be kept as evening departure, since for morning theres 22159 and in the night there would be 22157 Mail
