Most of the times, especially during rush season, PT gets exhausted due to the high demand & hence shows "Not Avl".
So what u have to do is for any train which departs on a particular day, check the "PREVIOUS DAY BEFORE 10 AM" so that u get to know whether PT is present or not. PT opens up at 10 am & is very much prone to get exhausted during rush season.
