but sir u r already take charge for making ticket then why charge for cancellation too?
Cancellation is a part of the service already extended to the Customer. Hence no extra charges should be collected when the customer approaches the agent at a later date for cancellation of his ticket.

i am not demanding charge on cancellation. i only wants some body charge rs fifty for making the tkt in sleeper class other charge rs forty we are wanted to fix the charge for making tkt.charge is also accept to public & agent. then raise a demand to our govt.
sir, i agree with u the charge should be same all over. Infact in many case i had seen the agent charge 100-125.
