If u look at PR issued by Railways AC 1st class is discontinued till 15th Jan and booking is allowed from 15th Jan 2024 and yes the IRCTC Charting gives the exact CC of the train including the coach position the missing part will be PC, General, SLR and EOG.
This gives the exact position of the coach rather than the NTES..! There will be the missing coaches like GS PC SLR and EOG other than that the CC is so accurate and here we are not talking about the CC, he asked where the Charting is done or not karke..! That's it...!
if u ignore that 1 coach the complete CC is accurate right..!? but in most of the Cases in NTES the complete CC comes in the reverse direction..! Krishna express 17406 is the better example for that..! IRCTC charting itself gives most accurate than compared to other sources
Sometimes it is completely jumbled up. All these data is fed into the system by employees and can always have mistakes. It's always better to confirm at the station rather than fully believing either IRCTC or NTES.
