No hate but i think our current railway minister has not done great work for indian railways, day by day the difference between high standard VIP trains and normal trains is increasing too much, like Vande Bharat is obviously a great sign of progress but reducing sleepers etc isnt something that should be done right now

Well that approach is detrimental to the economy. Imagine you work as employee and pay 30% tax but if and you work super hard to become an entrepreneur you have to pay 45% tax. What will you do? You would rather be an employee than an entrepreneur. This is exactly what happened in India between 1950-2000. China is different, it is a dictatorial regime. No one actually knows what tax ppl pay. If you're loyal to CCP you may pay zero or negative tax and if not your whole salary will be taken as tax :D . In general, entrepreneurs should always be given tax incentives so people are encouraged to become entrepreneurs than salaried employees. That is how it works in North America and that is why people migrate to the US to become entrepreneurs and there is brain drain.
