Adding to it:
Toilets in 2A were nice with carpets and all.
Dustbins were regularly emptied and water refilling was done at all major stations.
Towel was provided to everyone.

new when I travelled so no flatwheel while railfanning.
We didn't got HOG loco so generator noise was there throughout the journey.
I did a short journey in RMM-BSB Express and the NER maintenance is not upto mark compared to SR.
