Chalo dekhte hain ki yeh tender final hai ya phir yeh bhi kismat se khilaaf kuchh ki tarah fail ho jaata hai jaise ki pehle ke kai tenders. Is bekar se rail line DNR/ECR se humein kuch ummeed nahi rakhni chahiye.
MPS ke baare mein kuch keh nahi sakte... Kya yeh badhegi current 55 kmph (on papers) / 35 kmph (real) se ya nahi!
