IR Should do some changes in current charting..
instead of preparing charts of early running trains in midnight ( 4 hrs prior to departure) trains Departing between 00:05 hrs to 9 am charting should be done ✔️ before 23:45 pm so that passenger can book the tickets in a prior hour ......

1. Chart preparation for morning trains differs from zone to zone and divisions. They should make the cut off time of 2200 for trains with dep before 600 and 2300 for trains into 900 so that short distances passengers can book in current availability.
2. Senior Citizen concession should be given in 3AC and ACC for normal and SF trains and only to senior citizen quota. SL and GS are already subsidized so concessions is not required. The amount if concession should be limted to 30% of base fare for both men and women.
