The ticket was fully Waitlisted E ticket and the passenger didnt travelled. I hope i will not have to file TDR and it will be refunded automatically. Friends any idea regarding this ? Do i need to file TDR explicitly ?
IRCTC is blocked in my office so I can not check whether they have initiated refund or I have to file TDR myself
