No passenger trains no punctuality effect. Cancellation will take care.
Earlier Kakinada Vskp MEMU used to run with 16 coaches in RSA with BZA MEMU upto March 2020 lockdown. Restored after 2 yrs with 8 coach repeatedly cancelled from past 2 years may have run for only 1 year in these 2 years. Same with RJY Vslp MEMU cancelled in SCR but rake runs in ECOR MEMU trains and sent to RJY in open timings empty rake once in a week for replacement rake for maintenance. I have seen Kakinada MEMU dep in December even without much publicity the train in full with passengers about 600 when it left PF now they will say occupancy I'd less.
Ramavarappadu is a only a satellite location of Vijayawada which is again 5km from Benz circle. From city rly Stn it's nearly 10km and why would people from old city spend 30 mins in share auto or city bus by paying rs 20 and come board train. They will board buses to Gudivada and MTM.
This will continue for next 3 years. This year end redevelopment works of BZA may start we will definitely see some more cancellation of trains/bypassing of trains from BZA.
New Platforms works & approach Road widening works are going at Gunadala. I think they may give halts at Rayanapadu & Gunadala/Ramavarappadu for bypass trains at BZA.
