I think they rolled back because of there would be less coaches in LHB as compared to ICF as it is running housefull
They could have alloted 18 + 1 extra 3E coach. The total number of berths would have been increased by 30 in that case.
I think LHB conversation has been put on hold for want of LHB 3E rake. It was announced to get 3A coaches.
