my tdrfile just rejected with reason that my ticket was booked in tatkal quota, & train was running late more than 6-8 hrs

is it? i thought it was full refund for all tkts if train running more than 3 hrs late/coach nt attached/train diverted/etc is what i knew...
I Had also Lodge Refund for CK..

rajkiran g, ur case was a connecting train of two different pnrs,isnt it. u have taken the risk n irctc needs to be blamed
