Number of Platforms: 4
Redevelopment of Shahganj Junction is going on along with Doubling of AZAMGARH SHAHGANJ Section. Existing Platform 4 has been withdrawn from service and 2 new platform is being constructed in that place and one new platform is under construction beside platform 3.
3 Platform is in use right now and 3 are Under Construction, so a total of 6 Platform will be there once the construction gets completed.

इसके प्लेटफार्मो की संख्या घटाकर 3 क्यों कर दी गई है???
अगर इसके पीछे का कारण ये है की प्लेटफार्म 4 से ट्रेनें नही चल रही है तो इस हिसाब से खोरासन रोड और सरायमीर के प्लेटफार्मो की संख्या 1 कीजिए।
गोरखपुर और वाराणसी में भी कुछ प्लेटफार्मो पर कार्य हो रहा है, वहां से ट्रेन नही चल रही हैं, उनकी भी संख्या...
