For departure from Delhi, the executive class was almost empty. The Ticket Collector (TT) allowed many young people/teenagers to sit inside, without tickets (arrangement).

Hailing from Bihar/East UP, a few among them were unruly. I did not like the experience today.

The staff and Ticket Examiner (TTE) lack the discipline and training required for a superior quality service experience on this train...

Delhi se jaane ke liye, executive class almost khaali thi. TT ne bahut saare youngsters/teenagers ko ticket ke bina andar baithne diya (arrangement).

Bihar/East UP se aane wale kuchh log behuda the. Aaj mujhe experience pasand nahin aaya.

Staff aur TTE mein wo discipline aur training nahin hai jo is train mein superior quality service experience ke liye chahiye...
