Taking Bhagalpur Vande Bharat for the very first time.

Coming back to my reviews and ratings, let's begin.
Train was very punctual, all thanks to the slacks enroute. Train could be speeded up by 30 min easily.
So, for punctuality 10/10.

Cleanliness:
Onboard cleaning staff was trying hard to make our journey comfortable and maintain proper hygiene. He cleaned the washrooms twice in these 4 hrs and 5 min. Kudos for that( he actually deserves a shoutout). But, the passengers seemed to be uncultured and practicing bad hygiene. Within 10 - 15 min of his cleaning the washrooms, the floors got soiled both the times. One particular lady used Western toilet and peed over the floor. Disgusting behaviour I must admit. Please note that the Indian toilet was also vacant at that...

Comfort:
Let's get back to business. Though, VBE( T-18) is a fairly new addition to the IR portfolio and like all the transport agencies, IR should also think about upgradations. Talking about upgradations, yes T-18 sets are phenomenal addition to IR. They do have superb acceleration and de-acceleration facility. They do have better suspensions for smoother rides. They have better space utilization and due to that feels a lot spacious. Version 2.0 T-18 sets have better seats than their Version 1.0 counterparts but, still the seats aren't so comfortable. Undoubtedly 10/10. Unreserved passengers were trying to sneak peek into the train but, train staffs were guiding them off the train.
