the chart status shows the "CHART prepared" this is before 6 hours, is it the final chart status or it will be re modified after some time ..pls help

You can travel in the general class coach but not in the reserved class.It is deemed illegal to travel in a reserved compartment with a waitlisted ticket.
ok..sorry to bother again ,,one last question..is there any possibility that d status may change ...becoz I m carrying a six months old baby
the status cannot change further. its final. you may do one thing...look for current availability in kerala express from about 7 am. the status at indianrail.gov.in shows current availbility. in case( though highly unlikely) any vacancy arises in any class at the last moment, it will be reflected there.
If you hold an e-ticket, since chart is done and your ticket is WL, it will get auto-canceled and it is illegal to travel with that ticket even in unreserved coaches. You will be treated as ticketless traveller since your ticket is cancelled automatically after charting.
