That Kovvada is in Srikakulam Dist,this one in Pic is part of CCT-KOTIPALLI line in E.G Dist..
Sorry. Kovvada in sklm district is for nulcear power plant and here in EG dist is for thermal power plant.

Not even that. There are no station in that route. Its on the way to gollala maamidaada - rama chandrapuram route.
Sorry Just the railway line crosses over the Kakinada-Samalkot road,by the road mentioned by you can reach Kovvada but no exact address available...
