No you have to go to reservation counter and change your boarding point first.
Well if you can get the boarding point changed it would be good.... but i guess after lonavala the next stop of this train is pune. TTE will allot any confirmed berth only after Pune, so you would assume that ur seat would be there..

99% it wont.. TTE generally wait for the passenger atleast till next station.
