All 2AC coaches have reading lights fitted for individual berths.
Old coaches have a small bulb fitted in a case and the movable front part of this case is pulled up for light to glow whereas new coaches have led bulb with an on/off switch

I don't thnk it passed thru BE..thr is supposed to be a bypass line.
There is a bypass line, a route bifurcates from moradabad and ends up on the main route after taking a circular route skipping bareilly via chandausi, aonla,etc
